Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and onboard new employees for sales, operations, and teaching roles.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll.

• Support training and development programs.

• Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work culture.

• Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed.

• Help management with HR reports and office administration.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or similar field.

• 1-3 years HR experience.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
