About the Role:

ORBS is hiring a fresher graduate/MBA who is eager to begin a career in the Human Resources (HR) field. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in recruitment and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Identify and source potential candidates

• Conduct and schedule interviews

• Match candidate experience with client requirements

• Post and update job advertisements on various platforms

• Visit client locations for business meetings

• Make cold calls to generate new business leads

• Support the complete HR and business cycle

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in any discipline (Freshers encouraged to apply)

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Must have a personal laptop
