Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of payroll management and bulk hiring processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee management in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).

• Support the team in bulk hiring drives for various client requirements.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation formalities.

• Support the HR department in preparing salary sheets and payroll processing.

• Handle attendance records, leave management, and employee queries.

• Maintain and organize HR files, records, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for candidate updates.

• Learn and apply HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).

• Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Commerce / Management or related field.

• MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory).
