Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process—from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and hiring needs from clients or internal stakeholders.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers can also apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc will be an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
