Position 1#: Human Resources (HR) Manager (US IT Staffing)/2 Nos.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• 1-5 + years of progressive HR experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Position2#:US IT Recruiter/20 Nos.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred: in Business, Marketing, or IT).
• 0–5 years of experience in US IT staffing sales or business development.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts to align with US time zones.

Position3#:BDM/Client Relationship Manager/30 Nos.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred: in Business, Marketing, or IT).
• 0–5 years of experience in US IT staffing sales or business development.
• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts to align with US time zones.

Position4#:US Accountant/2 Nos.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certification preferred).
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally,ADP,Excell or similar).
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling or analysis tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Location: 2nd floor, PS Plaza, KIIT Square, Patia, Bhubaneswar(Onsite)
Work Hours: Night Shift (EST/PST)- 5 Days a week (Sat-Sun 0ff)
Experience: 0–5 years in US IT Staffing.
Any Graduate with Good Communication skill .
