Job Responsibilities
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
5. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
8. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
9. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
