Immediate joiner required
1) Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions like sales associate or customer service associate.
2) Job posting on different job portals.
3) Screening the resumes, screening calls, interviews etc.)
4) Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
5) Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
6) Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
7) Upload the details of candidates on company portals.
8) Release the offer and make the person join on date on time.
Working days : 6
Office time: 10am-7pm
