Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure legal compliance and internal policy adherence.
Conduct regular employee engagement activities and surveys.
Prepare and maintain employee-related documentation and reports.
Support managers with employee performance and behavioral issues.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Post job ads on various platforms and screen resumes.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
Prepare job offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
