Position: HR Recruiter-IT

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with approximately 1 year of experience to join our talent acquisition team. You will play a key role in supporting the hiring of technical talent by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and software development roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and understanding job requirements from hiring managers.

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company websites.

• Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.

• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Support employer branding efforts and candidate engagement initiatives.

• Learn and apply industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• Around 1 year of experience in IT or technical recruitment.

• Basic understanding of common IT roles (e.g., software developers, QA testers, support engineers).

• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.

• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
