Position Details

• Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

• Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off – Saturday & Sunday)

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed) and social media to find and attract potential candidates.

• Resume Screening: Review and shortlist resumes to identify qualified applicants based on job requirements.

• Interview Coordination: Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews; schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.

• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and documentation.

• Collaboration: Work with the HR team and hiring managers to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Personal Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
