Job Overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Specialist to join our team at Taizo Technologies. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. You will also be responsible for updating job postings, conducting background checks, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions for open positions.

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate assessments.

• Post job ads on relevant platforms and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with managers.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

• Conduct reference and background checks.

• Collaborate with hiring teams to identify future hiring needs.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment (preferably in industrial/manufacturing domains).

• Qualification: Graduate degree (Any stream);

• Strong knowledge of resume databases and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with good time management.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in candidate evaluation.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
