🎯 Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles at Sunrise Digital. You'll work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, fast, and effective recruitment process.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with department leads for technical interviews and feedback

• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports

• Develop talent pipelines for recurring roles

• Support in creating job descriptions and employer branding content

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HR operational tasks

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in digital marketing, media, or IT sectors)

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and compliance

• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
