Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing team in the Residential and Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, helping us build a strong team of professionals including designers, site engineers, telecallers, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

Understand manpower requirements from various departments

Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule interviews with department heads and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of recruitment techniques and platforms

Basic knowledge of the interior/residential industry is a plus

Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
