We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in handling bulk as well as niche hiring.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within TAT.
Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates for interview status, documentation, and joining.
Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment reports.
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Support bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and ATS tools.
Positive attitude with strong learning ability.
Experience in Manufacturing, IT, BPO, Logistics & Corporate hiring.
Experience in staffing consultancy or placement agency.
Immediate joiners preferred.
