Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and direct sourcing.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience hiring for BFSI, BPO, KPO, IT, NBFC etc.
