About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate Academic Coordinator to support academic operations and student success at Academy of Vedic Vidya.

This role is a unique combination of:

• Academic coordination for our online learning programs

• Hiring responsibilities for recruiting trainers for our Occult Science Programs

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of handling multiple academic and HR tasks efficiently.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

Academic Coordination

• Manage online batch schedules, classes, faculty coordination, and student queries

• Ensure smooth delivery of academic sessions

• Track student progress and resolve concerns promptly

• Assist with curriculum flow, session allocation, and academic documentation

Recruitment & Hiring (Occult Science Trainers)

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential trainers

• Conduct HR screening calls and coordinate further interview rounds

• Maintain and update the trainer database

• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and skill requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Prior HR experience or internship preferred

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media channels, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
