Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting cold calls, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Perform cold calling to connect with potential candidates and build talent pipelines.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to support future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals is preferred.
