Graduate (any stream)
1-2 years relevant experience in HR / Recruitment / Admin tasks
Any gender, male preferred
Knowledge of blue-collar hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing workers for non-office/manual/contract roles
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong administrative skills: paperwork, filing, maintaining records, documentation
Management tasks: scheduling interviews, coordinating with teams, monitoring timelines
Excellent / strong body language, presentable appearance & professional communication skills
Hard-working, sincere, with integrity
Ability to take swift action, make decisions and follow up without delay
Good interpersonal skills; able to deal with people at different levels
Source and recruit blue-collar workforce: posting job ads, telephonic / field screening, shortlisting
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, co-ordinate onboarding formalities
Maintain candidate database, follow up with applicants, schedule interviews
Perform general HR admin: documentation, attendance tracking, record keeping
Liaise with operations / service teams to understand workforce needs
Ensure hiring target deadlines are met
Maintain discipline, ensure policies are followed
