Job Summary
1. Recruitment for Blue Collar & White Collar posts on the company.
2. Creating Job Description, Job Posting & Selection of Candidate.
3. Update Internal Data bases with new hire information.
4. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
5. Handle Joining / Induction & Exit Formalities for all Employees.
6. Track daily Attendance of the Entire Team & Update to Management.
7. Register the candidate of PF & ESIC Portal.
8. Handling Phone Calls for Operators and Clients, then Note Down the Complaints in Register Book and Resolve.
B. Qualifications, Skills & Experience.
1. Good Communication Skills (Verbal + Written) (Hindi & English).
2. Must be able to work in team.
3. Complete Knowledge of Labour Laws & Minimum Wages.
4. Good Knowledge of Computers + MS Office + Emails + Printers & Scanners.
