Sourcing Candidates
Screening Resume
Conduct First Round Interview, Background Screening
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the HR Team
Coordinating Interview of the Candidates with the Concerned Department Head
Finalization of Candidates, Salary Discussion & Finalization of Salary.
Send job offer Letters
Follow up with candidate and company
Joining formalities & Induction
Maintain Recruitment sheet & MIS Reports
Follow through the entire hiring process from arranging interviews, obtaining Management approval, preparing and sending offer letters, pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
