We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, client handling, and timesheet management. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Full lifecycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding
• Managing client interactions & requirement discussions
• Regular status updates and stakeholder coordination
• Screening, scheduling, and interview coordination
• Offer negotiation & onboarding support
• Timesheet collection, validation, and reporting
• Preparing recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
• Experience with sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• ATS knowledge & hiring metrics reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client management & multitasking ability

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱
• Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
• Basic HR operations & documentation knowledge
• Understanding of timesheet systems and payroll inputs
