We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in contract staffing, sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and domains. This role requires excellent communication, strong sourcing skills, and a good understanding of the domestic hiring market.
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract positions across various clients
Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles through job portals, internal database, referrals, LinkedIn, and social media
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral skills
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and ensure timely feedback
Negotiate salary/rates with candidates and close offers efficiently
Maintain relationships with consultants and keep track of their availability
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data
Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic IT recruitment, specifically in contract staffing
Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience in working with contract staffing agencies or IT consulting companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience working with staffing firms or IT consulting companies
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
