We are seeking a Recruiter who has 1+ year of experience to join our expanding team in Mumbai.A candidate with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, as well as strong sourcing and screening skills, is the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the West.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain candidate databases and generate regular hiring reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (Mumbai staffing).
• Strong understanding of various job portals and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Must be willing to work from our Mumbai office.
