About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with proven experience in hiring for the FMCG / D2C sector. The ideal candidate may come from either a corporate or consultancy background, but must have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for FMCG / D2C non-IT roles.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for positions like Sales Executives, Marketing professionals, Copywriters, Customer Support Executives, and other non-IT roles.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for assigned mandates.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with strong exposure to FMCG / D2C hiring.

• Experience in hiring through job portals, social media, networking, and references.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

• Open to candidates from consultancy or corporate backgrounds.
