Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Support onboarding activities like documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Participate in HR activities when required.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic understanding of recruitment process.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is an added advantage.
Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
