Understand open positions and manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
Draft and post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department managers.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels for feedback.
Assist in offer negotiation and preparation of offer letters.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment reports.
Support in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist HR team in other general activities as and when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Commerce, or related field.
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms is a plus.
