Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects as per the calling data provided.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Explain products, services, or processes clearly in Telugu and Tamil.
Maintain accurate call records, update CRM / calling sheets.
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or pending actions.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and maintain productivity standards.
Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Manager when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a polite, professional tone.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and Tamil (mandatory)
Basic understanding of English or Hindi (preferred but not mandatory)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools)
Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass or any graduate
Prior experience in telecalling / customer service preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
