The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role involves partnering with client organizations to understand hiring needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines to ensure timely and quality placements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for client organizations.
Source and screen resumes using diverse channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Prepare and post job advertisements tailored to specific client requirements.
Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in person, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and client organizations.
Provide feedback, manage candidate communication, and handle offer negotiations when required.
Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring client requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records, metrics, and reports.
Stay updated with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in consultancy environments.
Ensure compliance with company, client, and legal hiring policies at all stages of the recruitment process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy firm.
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and HRMS/ATS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability, tenacity, and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple clients and vacancies concurrently.
