5.5 Days working (Saturday half day) Sunday Fixed Off
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and contributing to a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various departments and roles.
Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants’ skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment strategy.
Monitor recruitment metrics and generate weekly/monthly hiring reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or PGD in HR or related field.
Experience recruiting for Non IT, or retail sectors is a plus.
Certification in recruitment or talent management is an advantage.
