Position: HR Consultant
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Minimum 1 year in HR Consultancy preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic HR Consultant who has experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, and daily client acquisition. The candidate will handle end-to-end hiring for clients and also contribute to expanding the consultancy by bringing in new clients regularly.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and closures.
Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates on time.
Maintain talent pipelines for multiple job roles.
Post jobs on portals, handle candidate databases, and conduct initial HR interviews.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
Support clients with onboarding, HR processes, and policy guidance.
Daily new client acquisition for HR consultancy services.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Pitch company services to potential clients and convert them into active clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
Understand client requirements deeply to offer the right HR solutions.
Achieve monthly client acquisition targets set by management.
Experience working in HR consultancy / recruitment agency.
Strong communication & negotiation skills for client handling.
Ability to multitask between recruitment and business development.
Knowledge of job portals, sourcing strategies, and HR processes.
Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in acquiring new clients.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional HR or sales certifications will be a plus.
