Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Monthly)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments

Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Coordinate offer rollout, follow up with selected candidates until joining

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

Assist in onboarding formalities and joining documentation

Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques

Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
