Job description:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Non IT recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Prepare job descriptions and post job openings across platforms.
• Handle offer rollouts and negotiation when required.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
