1. Talent Sourcing and Screening:

•Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

2. Client Coordination:

•Understand the job requirements from clients.

•Coordinate with client HR/business managers to clarify profiles and selection criteria.

•Share shortlisted candidate profiles and schedule interviews.

3. Interview Process Management:

•Organize and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person).

•Keep candidates informed about interview status and feedback.

•Ensure a smooth recruitment process end-to-end.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

•Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client feedback.

•Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.

5. Relationship Management:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

•Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process.

6. Target and Performance Management:

•Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets set by the company.
