Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will get hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations:

Recruitment: Job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling & coordination.

Onboarding: Assisting in documentation & orientation sessions.

Employee Engagement: Supporting engagement activities & cultural programs.

HR Operations: Maintaining records, preparing reports & compliance support.

Employer Branding: Assisting in social media content & career page updates.

Learning & Development: Coordinating training sessions & maintaining records.
