We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within Muster Consultants. You will play a crucial role in building our team and ensuring we bring in individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our success.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings (phone, video) to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with a positive impression of Muster Consultants.
ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening Muster Consultants' employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably within a consulting firm or a fast-paced corporate environment.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
