We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hiring for various roles across departments.
Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Coordinate and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.
Manage candidate database and maintain proper recruitment records.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Strong understanding of recruitment process and techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good at candidate screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
Ability to multi-task and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of BFSI roles and terminology will be an added advantage.
