We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring top talent. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company website
Source and screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding
Promote employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and report to HR leadership
Stay up to date with labor laws and hiring best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, etc.)
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
