About Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team by identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions and levels

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Coordinate and support the offer negotiation and onboarding process

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain necessary MIS data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Proactive and self-motivated approach

Commitements:

6 Days of working culture (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
