Maintain regular follow-ups with agents regarding candidate sourcing, documentation, and interview schedules.
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas partners for manpower requirements.
Track, monitor, and update recruitment progress from different agents.
Ensure timely communication between agents, candidates, and internal HR team.
Handle end-to-end coordination for overseas recruitment projects.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple agents and follow up effectively.
Knowledge of overseas recruitment process will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Management preferred).
0-3 years of experience in HR recruitment / overseas recruitment coordination.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
