We are seeking a motivated Insurance Recruiter (LI + GI) to manage end-to-end recruitment for Life Insurance and General Insurance verticals. The role requires sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled professionals in sales, branch operations, and support functions within the BFSI sector.
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for Life Insurance & General Insurance roles (Sales, Agency, Bancassurance, Claims, Operations, etc.).
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn), referrals, networking, and social media.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on job fit and organizational requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage offer negotiation and closure within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
Ensure recruitment compliance and maintain proper MIS/reporting.
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
0.6M–4 years of recruitment experience in BFSI / Insurance domain.
Strong understanding of hiring for Life Insurance (LI) & General Insurance (GI) positions.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
