Job Purpose: To manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and support the HR team in building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruitment :
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, references, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications based on job criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial round of HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordination & Communication:
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Provide timely feedback and updates to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate database for current and future openings.
Track recruitment metrics.
Job Descriptions & Postings:
Draft and update job descriptions in consultation with department heads.
Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
Onboarding Support :
Coordinate offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
Support new hire onboarding process and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience recruiting for multiple domains.
Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle .
Team player with a proactive approach.
