4. Database & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Provide regular reports on recruitment status, open positions, and closure timelines.

5. Employer Branding

• Assist in promoting the company’s image as an employer of choice.

• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk hiring/blue & white collar).

• Freshers with good communication and strong interest in recruitment may also apply
