Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role is crucial to building a strong talent pipeline and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and create clear, attractive job descriptions

• Source potential candidates through various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals)

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Assist in onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates

• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)

• Experience in recruitment or staffing (internship/fresher experience also welcome)
