The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of high-volume hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bulk hiring processes for various client requirements. Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.). Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and manage vendor performance to ensure timely closures. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and dashboards. Meet hiring targets and ensure adherence to SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with hands-on experience in bulk hiring. Proven expertise in vendor coordination and management. Strong sourcing skills using multiple job portals and networking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Willingness to work a 1 PM to 10 PM shift from the Bhayandar office
