Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions, from initial job posting to final onboarding.
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively identify and attract candidates for diverse non-technical roles (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, customer service) through online job portals, networking sites, and social media.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and ensure they meet the job requirements.
Hiring Manager Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to understand their specific staffing needs, job criteria, and future hiring plans.
Candidate Experience:
Maintain a positive experience for applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation:
Manage and negotiate job offers to secure top talent within budget and timeline constraints.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines and attract qualified individuals.
Compliance:
Ensure that all recruitment practices are fair, unbiased, and compliant with relevant employment laws and company policies.
