Job Description – Recruiter (Invisia BPO)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Invisia BPO team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruitment experience in BPO/ITES and IT hiring. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across voice, non-voice, support, and IT roles while ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with company standards and client requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice, non-voice, support, and IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while ensuring quality of hires.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and candidate availability.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment experience in BPO/ITES and IT hiring.
Strong understanding of BPO and IT roles with knowledge of required skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet hiring deadlines.
Work from office in Bangalore.
Must arrange own transportation.
Flexible to work in a 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
