Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in hiring for finance and US taxation roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding professionals across various functions such as US tax preparation, audit, accounting, financial analysis, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in the US taxation and finance domain.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Screen resumes and interview candidates for technical, cultural, and role fit.

• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for recurring finance and tax roles.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Negotiate offers, manage background checks, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools effectively.

• Keep up to date with industry trends in taxation and finance talent markets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in finance/taxation hiring.

• Familiarity with US tax roles such as 1040/1120/1065 preparers, Enrolled Agents (EAs), CPAs, tax analysts, etc.

• Knowledge of accounting and finance roles like financial analysts, controllers, auditors, etc.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience working with remote or offshore hiring teams (preferred).
