• Assess Skills and Experience: Evaluate candidates' skills and experience to match them with appropriate roles.
• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the selection process.
• Promote company: Advocate for company as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
• Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Provide a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize Advanced Sourcing Techniques: Apply advanced sourcing techniques to find and engage with potential candidates.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals to source candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
