Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and social networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
Understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
