Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
Handle daily recruitment activities and reporting
Work closely with the hiring team to fulfill manpower requirements
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Qualification
Any Degree / MBA HR preferred
